    Your New Role:

    * Manage, maintain, and find ways to improve on the organization's Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations system
    * Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the Microsoft VAR
    * Oversee a team of developers and analysts, responsible for hiring and retaining this group to hit deliverable targets
    * Troubleshoot system errors
    * Provide training to users on ERP processes and provide support to internal users, especially on the production floor, back office, and warehouse
    * Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
    * Manage and improve integrated technologies, especially AP automation, WMS, and BI reporting tools
    * Make recommendations and modifications to business applications required for the continual growth of the business
    * Support and enhance internal line of business applications in conjunction with ERP system.
    * Coordinate Application and Process Change management relating to business applications.

    What You'll Need:

    * 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, with at least 4 years on D365 F&O
    * Experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Helpdesk Lead, or ERP Admin position before moving into Project Management
    * D365 F&O full life cycle implementation experience is a must
    * Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
    * Manufacturing experience, especially in food & bev, cannabis, or pharma industries is a must
    * Ability to interface well with users to solve their short and long-term problems
    * Experience documenting current business processes and identify areas of improvement
