    Nous recrutons aujourd'hui en CDI un(e) Consultant(e) fonctionnel(le) MS Dynamics Business Central pour rejoindre l'un des leaders du marché, au choix vous pouvez être rattaché(e) à leurs locaux de Strasbourg, Rennes, Nantes ou Paris. En intégrant cette structure vous serez responsable de :

    * Analyser les processus métier et recueillir les besoins
    * Animer des ateliers fonctionnels
    * Mettre en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités
    * Paramétrer des modules (notamment finance et/ou supply chain)
    * Assurer le bon fonctionnement et le support sur l'ERP
    * Gérer la phase de recette et réaliser les tests fonctionnels
    * Être force de proposition pour modéliser et améliorer les processus métiers
    * Rédiger des documentations (spécifications fonctionnelles, guide d'utilisateur)
    * Former les utilisateurs sur l'ERP
    * Être dans une démarche d'amélioration continue : participer aux évolutions

    D365 Business Central/ LS Retail Support Consultant

    Job Description

    I am actively seeking an enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Business Central support professional, with skills in LS Retail technology, for a brilliant new role with a leading Microsoft Partner. The role will involve the successful candidate playing a key part in the day to day support of my clients global retail clients; across the BC and LS Retail platforms.

    If you have experience supporting LS Retail/ supporting Business Central in a retail environment, and looking to build on your experience on fresh projects, this could be the role for you.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Daily 1st/ 2nd line user support of D365 Business Central/ LS Retail systems
    * Analysing/ troubleshooting system issues, providing exceptional customer service
    * Involved in system process improvement projects, supporting new releases
    * Supporting roll out of new enhancements - monitoring UAT, providing adhoc user training

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central systems on 1st/ 2nd line basis
    * LS Retail functionality experience (preferable)
    * Strengths in troubleshooting system issues, analysing requirements, training on new functionality
    * Excellent communication/ user & stakeholder engagement skills

    * Masz zdolności analityczne i komunikacyjne
